The attorneys at Bleczinski Kleiman & Klein, LLC, practice exclusively in the areas of divorce, child custody and family law with special emphasis on alternative methods of dispute resolution such as mediation and collaborative law. Mark Bleczinski is a founding member of the King of Prussia law firm of Bleczinski Kleiman & Klein, LLC, where his practice focuses on all aspects of family law including divorce, support, custody and adoption.
Mark is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Association Family Law Sections. Mark is an attorney with Collaborative Family Law Affiliates, which offers less expensive, less adversarial & no-court approach to divorce and custody issues. Mark is also an Affiliate Attorney with the Women’s Resource Center in Wayne Pennsylvania volunteering time to the Legal Direct Program and presenting programs on support and other divorce-related topics.
Mark graduated Cum Laude from Widener University School of Law where he was a member of Widener Law Symposium Journal. Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University with a major in political science.
Michael Kleiman is a founding member of the King of Prussia law firm of Bleczinski Kleiman & Klein, LLC, where his practice focuses on all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements, protection from abuse, and adoption.
He graduated with honors in Government from Franklin & Marshall College and from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was an editor of the Law Review. Upon graduation, Mr. Kleiman was presented the Statewide Award of Excellence in Family Law by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Kleiman served as a law clerk for the Honorable Anita B. Brody in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.
Mr. Kleiman has also co-authored numerous articles relating to family law issues which have appeared in the Legal Intelligencer, the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer, the Family Advocate, and the Family Law Quarterly. Mr. Kleiman also lectures on various family law topics.
Mr. Kleiman is trained in collaborative law and is a member of Collaborative Law Professionals of Southeastern Pennsylvania. He was honored as a “Distinguished Advocate” by the Support Center for Child Advocates in 1998. Mr. Kleiman served as Chair of the Montogomery County Bar Association Family Law section in 2010 and was a director for the Montgomery County Bar Association from 2010-2013.
Ms. Klein received her J.D. from Villanova University in 1986. In addition to practicing as an attorney, she is a mediator, having completed basic training in 1992, and advanced custody training in 1993. Ms. Endy Klein is past member of the Advisory Board for the Chester County Community Mediation Program and has served as a volunteer mediator for that group.
